Hi baking friends!
Here I present to you one of my all time favourite cookie recipes – vegan triple chocolate cookies! This is a super easy recipe and they come out perfect every time! I promise you it will be one of the best vegan cookies you’ve ever tried!
If you have a sweet tooth, this will absolutely be your cup of tea. If you’re looking for something a bit different, feel free to check out all my other cookie recipes for some different options.
These cookies will be as good as the chocolate you use so don’t hold back! If you’re in the UK, I use Sainsbury’s or Tesco’s “free from” white chocolate which is surprisingly tasty for being a no brand cheap chocolate!
One last tip – don’t use Dutch-processed cocoa. Dutch-processed cocoa is alkalised so it doesn’t contain any acid. This makes for a more chocolatey flavour but we need the acid in regular cocoa powder to react with the baking soda!
Feel free to add ingredients or substitute with your favourite flavours – vegan M&Ms and/or nuts might also be a welcome addition!
This recipe yields 12 – 14 cookies depending on the size you make them! I like bigger cookies (~60g per piece) so I made 12 for this recipe!
These delicious, vegan triple chocolate cookies are a guaranteed hit with friends or family. Punch cocoa mixed with white and dark chocolate, topped with a sprinkle of sea salt.Vegan Triple Chocolate Cookies
